Kate
Kate Cooper is a consultant, commentator, coach and Co-Founder and CEO of Kate Cooper Ltd. Following an academic career, Kate joined the UK’s Institute of Leadership & Management as Head of Research, Policy and Standards where she shaped an innovative research programme informing, inspiring and impacting the practice of great leadership. She is a conference keynote speaker, and provides expert commentary on a range of topics arising from the leadership agenda.
She is regularly quoted in regional, national and international media, has appeared on both BBC television and radio. She has also been a regular contributor in Dialogue Review, the business magazine for leaders. In addition to an MBA from Cranfield University, Kate has various post-graduate qualification in Education and Women’s Studies. She is a Companion of the Institute of Leadership & Management and a Doctor of Management candidate at the University of Hertfordshire.
Harriet
Harriet Cooper-Wall is Cofounder and Director of Communications at Kate Cooper Ltd, & also manages the Authentic Communication brand. Harriet works with individuals & businesses to improve their English language & digital marketing skills to support community integration & aspiring entrepreneurs.
Harriet has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Liverpool, and is currently completing a Master’s in Contemporary History & Politics at Birkbeck, University of London. She qualified as a (CELTA) English Foreign Language teacher in 2009, and is currently working at a school in Bedford around coaching commitments. Harriet worked in national news for brands including Telegraph Media Group, PA Media & ITN Productions between 2009 & 2019 and completed the Google Digital Marketing & Leadership qualification in 2017.
