Kate and Harriet have been working in partnership with the Institute of Government and Public Policy to create a one day learning and development opportunity for existing and aspiring female leaders across a wide variety of sectors and industries.

Our training programme covers the evolution of how in Western discourse we have come to understand terms such as ‘leadership’; and how we have collectively come to recognise the importance of diversity in modern organisations.

On the day, Kate will encourage our participants to share their experiences of leadership for women today; and invite a series of special guest speakers to share their views on the challenges women in leadership face, as well as their top tips to overcome them.
